It is late and I can't sleep. I remember always being busy,with kids and church,and life. now all that's gone. fhe lack ofbeing too busy is being bored and believe me it is much worse.

I miss Jessica's family. But they are much happier. So I guess you shouldn't live with in-laws.

I voted by mail-in ballot , I hope it gets counted.

I've lost almost 30lbs. But I have a ways to go. I am cleaning out my closet and I have all sizes from 16 to8.

Life has changed for me, for the better, since Jessica's family has moved in. I really enjoy seeing Avery when she wakes up in the morning. It won't last for ever so I'm going to enjoy all this time I have. Weeks seem to fly by. I didn't know how slow paced my life had become.

Dad and I are hoping to visit Staci's family in a couple of weekends. She is always so busy I don't want too make more stress for her.

Scarlett and Avery are getting along better now which makes family visits much more pleasent. I think Rachel loves her new house, she just needs more funiture.

Josh loves his new place as well. So my baby birds , mostly have left the nest.

With Andrea , jessica and Rachel pregnant they get toghether and all the talk is of birthing, weight, right foods to eat ,ect.... Our own little mothers group.

I keep reading books like a fiend. and I am really enjoying it. that's it for now. Adios

You know that I'm in bookclub. Well I thought I would tell you about some of the books we've read. Just recently I read 2 James Patterson books. One was titled "Sundays at Tiffanys". It was a little odd because a little girl has a play friend named Micheal,a grown man, but once she turns 9 he has to leave and says she'll never remember him. The twist is she never fogets him and they meet up later when she's in her thirtys. Only now he's real and they fall in love. See what I mean by odd. Then I read an actual thriller by Patterson that went pretty well called"Honeymoon". your tipical murder mystery with alot of sex thrown in.

The movie coming out "MySisters Keeper" we also read and I would reccomend the movie just from the book. And I really liked "Marley and Me"

I know Staci and Rachel , the only ones who read my blog will find it almost impossible to find time to read. But since that's what I do I thought I'd share it.

This weekend Greg and I went to Newport Beach to a time share with Grandad. We took his Prius so we got good gas milelage plus our cars wouldn't have made the trip. We saw Staci, Doug , Olivia, Eric, and last but not least Conrad. It is so fun to see them, we had a good time walking around Balboa Island and the beach. The time share had all these things for kids to do. they played golf and basketball and there was an indoor play place. the weekend was cloudy and overcast. We weren't expecting that and hadn't packed properly so luckily Staci brought us some jackets.
I am now not 12 and counting , well I guess I still am but my counting has increased, Andrea is going to have a baby in Jan. so I'm waiting for jessica in nov. then Andrea. It is very exciting to me.
Zach comes home Nov. 25th. We want to go down and pick him up but it depends on cash flow.

weekend

This weekend Greg left to go dirt bike riding with friends. Which only helped to point out to me , that although I've lived here 6 years I have no friends. I know everyone will say it's my own fault. Some is mine but I don't think it's all me.

house was clean untill a few minutes ago when my grandchidren arrived, oh well.

Grandkids makeup for the loss of friends somewhat.
